These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our consumer-focused platform that offers education, self-assessment prompts, and remote guidance related to oral malodor (chronic bad breath) and oral microbiome awareness (the “Service”).

    • Oralome does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Oralome is not a clinical laboratory and does not perform tests. All testing and care decisions are made by you and your licensed healthcare providers.
    • We may explore collaborations with laboratories (e.g., for mNGS-based oral microbiome or pathogen detection) to support clinician-facing reporting in the future. Those services are separate from this consumer platform and are subject to their own terms.

We may update or modify features at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
